Pursuant to Defendants' Motion for Substitution of Counsel [Doc. No. 47], and for good cause shown, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Substitution of Counsel [Doc. No. 47] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Joseph I. Vigil, of the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, Civil Division, be substituted as lead counsel of record for Maricopa County Defendants, and Dennis D. Carpenter will represent Maricopa County Defendants as cocounsel. Susan L. Hable shall no longer be Maricopa County Defendants' counsel of record. The Clerk of Court is directed to make note of these changes.
