Pursuant to Court Order dated November 21, 2006, Plaintiff hereby files her Status Report. On May 15, 2006 this Court granted Plaintiff's third Motion for a Stay of Proceedings until November 10, 2006, pending the outcome of UNUMProvident's

reassessment. On August 31, 2006 UNUMProvident contacted Plaintiff regarding the reassessment process and requested additional information. Plaintiff is in the process of gathering the requested information for UNUMProvident. Said information is due on or before January 2, 2007. UNUMProvident has indicated that the reassessment process should be complete on or about April 1, 2007.

The parties have also discussed the possibility of settlement negotiations through Court and/or private mediation and expect to make a determination as to whether mediation is appropriate within the next three weeks.
