On May 15, 2006 this Court held a hearing on Plaintiff's Third Motion for a Stay of Proceedings. At the hearing the Court granted Plaintiff's Third Motion for a Stay of Proceedings and advised counsel that the Court would not grant another request to stay and that Plaintiff's counsel was to either negotiate a dismissal without prejudice or be ready to proceed with the case. IT IS ORDERED that counsel for Plaintiff file a status report within 10 days of the date of this order as to the status of this case.
