Defendant Unum Group (fka UnumProvident) was the claims administrator. It believes that the Administrative record should be limited to documents that were before it when it administered the claim. These documents are bates stamped U/A 000100533. Plaintiff believes that in addition the following documents should be included in the Administrative record: 1. Medical records from Uma Gunnala, M.D., covering the period May 19, 2003 through June 19, 2003 (disclosed in Plaintiff's First Supplemental Disclosure 11/30/04). 2. Medical records from Arrowhead Community Hospital, dated May 15, 2003 (disclosed in Plaintiff's First Supplemental Disclosure 11/30/04).

Medical records, by Barry Wiss, D.O., dated August 22, 2006 through September 20, 2006 (disclosed to UNUMProvident on 1/2/07). Defendant does not agree that the additional documents should be part of the Administrative record. Therefore, pursuant to the Order of this Court, Plaintiff will file
