l The parties hereby stipulate and agree that the time for Plaintiff to serve
2 discovery requests on Defendants may be enlarged from August 15, 2008, to August 29,
3 2008. The purpose for the enlargement of time is that Plaintiffs counsel needs
4 additional time to prepare the discovery requests. This motion is made pursuant to Rule
5 6(b), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and prior to the expiration of the period Z
6 originally prescribed.
