IT IS ORDERED that defense counsel shall provide to plaintiff's counsel by July 16, 2008 an appropriate authentication that the administrative record and claim file has been previously submitted to plaintiff's or supplementing prior disclosures to ensure that the entire claim file and administrative record is submitted by that date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff may submit written discovery to defendant's by August 15, 2008 which is limited to the item of discovery alluded to by the Court of Appeals including the concurring opinion not to exceed Fifteen (15) Interrogatories to each defendant and Eight (8) Requests for Production and Requests for Admission of each defendant. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting a further status conference for the purpose of determining whether additional discovery is necessary whether propounded by plaintiff or defendant's on October 20, 2008 at 11:00 a.m.
