For good cause shown, appel1ant’s motion for leave to file a supplemental
opening brief is granted. The briefing schedule previously established by the court
is amended as follows: appellant shall tile her supplemental opening brief not to
exceed 5 pages in length or the word/line equivalent of 5 pages on or before
November 4, 2006; appellees’ answering brief shall be due on or before January 3,
2007; appellant may file her optional reply brief on or before 14 days from the U
date of service of the answering brief (Note: Appellant’s supplemental opening
brief shall have a tan cover and otherwise comply with Fed.R.App.P. 32(a).) A
