Complaint for Patent Infringement to include information as to the outcome of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office reexamination proceeding. Pursuant to L.R. Civ. 15.1, a redline version of the First Amended Complaint for Patent Infringement, showing all changes to the original Complaint, is attached as Exhibit A to this Stipulation; and 2. The Court may enter the proposed Order that will be delivered to the Court

pursuant to the District of Arizona's e-filing rules.
