On January 11, 2006, the Court ordered the parties to provide proposed case management deadlines. This document is being submitted in response to that Order. The parties have come to agreement on a schedule for the portion of the case dealing with claim construction. That is set forth below:

Plaintiffs have proposed a bifurcated trial on the settlement issue, and Defendants do not oppose that proposal. Plaintiffs' proposed deadlines for that proceeding are set forth below:
