(Docket 1). On August 28, 2006, Defendant filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. (Docket 47). The Court issued an order on August 31, 2006, warning Plaintiff that a Motion for Summary Judgment had been filed in her case and notifying her that it was her responsibility to timely file a response. (Docket 49). That order gave Plaintiff until October 2, 2006, to file a Response to the Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff has filed a Motion Requesting Extension of Time to Respond to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. (Docket 50). In her motion Plaintiff requested that the Court give her until December 16, 2006, by which to file a response to Defendant's motion. Defendant has filed a Notice of Non-opposition to Plaintiff's Request for Extension at Dkt. 50. (Docket 51). While Defendant does not oppose an extension of time, she does oppose the length of time requested by Plaintiff.
