(Doc. 63). Since the 20 Scheduling Order was entered, Plaintiff was granted permission to file an amended 21 complaint. The Second Amended Complaint was filed on November 10, 2005 and named 22 additional defendants. (Doc. 69). The docket shows motions to dismiss the Second 23 Amended Complaint are now pending. (see Doc. 94, 97 & 104). 24 Accordingly, 25 IT IS ORDERED that the Motion to Amend Rule 16 Scheduling Order (Doc. 84) is 26 granted. 27 28

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that discovery shall be completed by June 1, 2006 and dispositive motions shall be filed by July 14, 2006. The parties may request another extension of these deadlines upon a showing of good cause or the parties may request that another Rule 16 Scheduling Conference be held as appropriate after all Defendants have been served and the Court has ruled on all motions to dismiss the Second Amended Complaint. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to consolidate briefing and oral argument (Doc. 105) is granted. As to Defendants' motions to dismiss (Doc. 97 & 104), a combined reply shall be filed by April 28, 2006. Defendants' motions to dismiss (Doc. 97 & 104) will be considered at the same hearing if set by the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dismiss filed by Defendant El Shaddai Ministries (Doc. 91) is dismissed as withdrawn (see Doc. 90). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion for extension of time (Doc. 81) is denied as moot. DATED this 20th day of April, 2006.
