Counsel for Plaintiff Joseph M. Studnek and Defendants El Shaddai Ministries, Second Chance Christian Evangelistic Ministries ("Second Chance"), and Michael Cambra (collectively "Defendants") hereby stipulate to a consolidated briefing schedule and, if the court allows, joint oral argument on Defendant El Shaddai Ministries' Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint (Dkt. 97) and Defendants Second Chance and Michael Cambra's Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint (Dkt. 104). The parties agree that identical legal issues are addressed in both motions and it would save the parties and the Court time and resources to consolidate further briefing and oral argument. Under the current briefing deadlines, Defendant El Shaddai Ministries' reply in support of its motion will be due on or about March 24, 2006. Plaintiff's response to Defendants Second Chance and Michael Cambra's Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint (Dkt. 104 ) will be due on or about April 17, 2006, and Defendants Second Chance and Michael Cambra's reply in support of their motion will be due on or about May 5, 2006. In lieu of separate replies, the parties stipulate that Defendants El Shaddai Ministries, Second Chance, and Michael Cambra may file a Combined Reply in Support of Defendants' Motions to Dismiss the Second Complaint on or before April 24, 2006. The parties further request that the Court schedule oral argument and allow the motions to dismiss be to be argued jointly. ... ... ...
