The Court will not order defense counsel to produce said witnesses at this time as the Court finds it unreasonable that plaintiff's counsel requested witnesses 48 hours prior to trial. Counsel advise the Court the pretrial order submitted on July 10, 2006, is a joint proposed pretrial order of the parties. Opening statements by plaintiff's counsel. Plaintiff's case: Plaintiff's counsel designates the following pages of Scott Campbell's deposition for the Court's review (Exhibit 211): Pages 7 through 9, 15, 25, 30 through 42 and 47 through 53.
