Defendants. Plaintiff Dan Coogan ("Coogan") hereby submits his election of damages under 17 United States Code §§ 504(a)(2) and 504(c)(1), and elects statutory damages suffered by him as a result of the infringement pursuant to § 504(c)(2) thereof. In addition, Plaintiff seeks permission from the Court to submit a petition for the recovery of full costs and attorneys' fees against Defendant Avnet under 17 United States Code § 505.
