ORDER
Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's Third Motion to Correct Discovery Issues,
16
filed February 22, 2006. Plaintiff again requests that the Court compel Defendants to
17
produce copies of the manufacturer's guides for the medications Plaintiff has taken.
18
The Court will reiterate, one final time, the standard articulated pursuant to FED.
19
R. CIV. P. 26(b)(2). The rule empowers the Court to limit discovery if it is "unreasonably
20
cumulative or duplicative, or is obtainable from some other source that is more
21
convenient, less burdensome, or less expensive." As the Court explained when it ruled
22
on Plaintiff's Second Motion to Correct Discovery Issues, Plaintiff has not demonstrated
23
that the prescription information he seeks is not essentially duplicative of the information
24
provided to Plaintiff by Defendants, or that the information provided by Defendants is
25
inadequate. Accordingly, Plaintiff's motion will be denied. Additionally, the Court will
26
not entertain any further motions on discovery disputes which have previously been
27
addressed.
