ORDER

Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's "Motion for Extension of Time," filed

February 16, 2006. Plaintiff requests a 90 day delay in this case because of delays in
17

receiving copies. Plaintiff avers that this third motion to correct discovery issues is in
18

the process of being copied. The Court has already ruled on Plaintiff's first and second
19

motions to correct discovery issues and, absent extraordinary circumstances, is not
20

inclined to change its ruling. Plaintiff has not demonstrated that a 90 day stay is
21

warranted. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's "Motion for Extension of Time," filed February 16,
23

2006 is DENIED without prejudice.
