As we have already indicated to you in an October 3, 2005 letter, the Arizona Department of Corrections does not keep complete copies of manufacturer's guides and production of such documents would be highly voluminous to copy and very expensive in time and other resources. However, in an effort to respond to your request, we have retrieved documents via the internet and have compiled as much of the infonnation you requested as we could. Please note that while you requested manufacturer's guides, you did not specify the manufacturer, and there are often many different manufacturers of the drugs you listed. Also note that you listed some generic names and some brand names. We tried to give you the most accurate infonnation possible given the infonnation you provided.
