COMES NOW the defendant Shannon Lee McColery, by and through her attorney undersigned, and hereby and hereby respectfully moves the court to continue the admit/deny hearing currently set for November 13, 2007, for at least 60 days to allow the defense time to secure the transcript of the prior disposition hearing in this case. The court reporter is out of the country, and will not return until the day before the hearing. The AUSA in the matter, Michael T. Morrissey, has no objection to this request for continuance.
