The above-referenced matter has been set for an admit/deny hearing on November 13, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. Counsel and the probation office are hereby notified that this is a "transcript case"1 and therefore defense counsel is directed to contact Elaine Cropper, Court Reporter to Judge Silver, at 602-322-7248 or [email protected], to arrange for delivery of a copy of the transcript of the sentencing and/or disposition hearings previously held. Counsel are then to confer with each other and the probation officer regarding how they propose to proceed with this case and any proposed resolution. Counsel are further directed to file a proposed resolution report with the Court no later than two days before the above-scheduled hearing or contact the Court for an informal conference to be held no later than two days before the above-scheduled hearing.
