Language: Intrptr: N/A ================================================================================ PROCEEDING: Admit/Deny Hearing held re: Petition on Supervised Release filed 10/4/05. The defendant admits allegation B (violation of special condition #1). The Court Finds there is a factual basis for the admission and that the defendant knowingly, voluntarily and intelligently entered an admission to special condition #1. The Court accepts the admission and finds that the defendant has violated conditions of supervised release as set forth in the Petition. Defendant waives time for sentencing and preparation of a pre-disposition report by the U.S. Probation Department. Disposition hearing proceeds. PROCEEDING: X DISPOSITION HEARING held.

JUDGMENT/SENTENCE ENTERED: Defendant's supervised release is revoked. Defendant sentenced to eight (8) months in bureau of prisons, to be followed by 28 months of supervised release. All previously imposed standard and the special conditions of supervised release as set forth on the record are imposed. See Order Revoking Supervised Release. The Court notes that defendant's criminal history is extensive and repetitive. The Court is satisfied that the disposition imposed is a reasonable one. Upon oral motion of the Government, IT IS ORDERED dismissing the remaining allegation (allegation A) as set forth in the Petition. (Time in Court: 30 minutes)
