the Pre -Dec1slon Meeting held tn my Centre! Administration Building Office yesterday et
10:00 a.m. The specifics of that proposal are as follows:
1. A "Written Reprlrnand" will be placed in your personnel file. This document
will be removed from theflle-upon your exit from slate service;
,- 2. No ouspenslen will be levied for this incident;
3. Demotlon from pay grade 17 to pay grade 'I3 will be enforced, however,
I. there will he no change in rate of pay; and
4. Your organizational reporting relationship and work site will change from
Operations Administrator at the Central Administration Buildl ng to Senior
Pro batlon Dltlcer et Plummer Community Gonectlon Center.
In response to your request, we further agree to provide you a copy of the Attorney
General': Opinion regarding the ¤PPIii-ability of the Officer': Bill of Rights ln this cose.
