4 3. I have subseqently noticed that there is an incomplete explantion in footote 1 of

5 Exhbit A-I, which was attched to my intial declartion. The explantion in tht footnote states
6 tht a blan space in the prparr signtu colum of

7 no signtue or an ilegible sigatu on the corrspondig ta retu,

17 interview but did not sign is 7, not 11. Those seven rets represent retur for which,

18 accor to the cutomer, Kyle conductd the tax retu prparation interview, but the prearer

19 signtie is not Kyle's and is ilegible.
