MOTION TO DISMISS BY DEFENDANT ABRAHAM AREN SON
Defendant, Abraham (Avie) Arenson ("Arenson"), by his undersigned counsel
and under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure l2(b)(6), hereby moves to dismiss all claims
asserted against him in the First Amended Complaint for Declaratory Relief ("Amended
Complaint") tiled by Plaintiffs, Shamrock Holdings of California, Inc., Shamrock Capital
Advisors, Inc., Eugene I. Krieger, George J. Buchler, and Bruce Stein, upon the grounds
‘ set forth in the memorandum in support which has been tiled contemporaneously with
this Motion.
WHEREFORE, Defendant Arenson respectfully requests that the Court dismiss
all claims against him in the Amended Complaint.
