Come now the Plaintiffs, Charlotte Schneider and Dean Wymer, by their counsel, Cornish and Dell'Olio, and move the Court for leave to file a revised motion for attorney's fees and a revised brief in support of the motion for attorney's fees. As grounds therefor, the motion and brief as filed on February 28, 2006 contain minor editing errors which should be corrected. The motion fails to include the costs which are being requested. The brief fails to state, on page 8, the itemization of attorney's fees and costs which are requested in the motion. The revisions to the documents concern changes to the amount of costs requested and editing changes to page 8 of the brief in support of the motion for attorney's fees.
