I, Craig Cornish, being duly sworn state: 1. 2. I am counsel of record for the Plaintiffs in this case. My legal experience, skills, and reputation are described in Exhibit A - a hard copy from our firm's website. My current hourly rate is $300/hr. Based on over 25 years of practice in state and federal courts in Colorado, it is my opinion that this rate is reasonable in light of what lawyers of comparable skill and experience practicing employment law in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado would charge for their time. A summary of the time and tasks performed is attached as Exhibit B. Based on the criteria for reasonableness of fees expressed in Rule 1.5 of the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, the so-called Johnson factors, and the lodestar star formula enunciated in Hensley v. Eckerhart, 461 U.S. 424 (1983),
