I, Cari L.T. Frederick, being duly sworn, state and depose as follows: 1. I work as a paralegal and as bookkeeper for the law firm of Cornish and Dell'Olio, counsel for plaintiffs in the within action. 2. My relevant qualifications and experience are as follows: I have worked as a paralegal, legal administrator and bookkeeper in the State of Colorado for more than 26 years. 3. For the last nine years I have worked with the law firm of Cornish and Dell'Olio. My billed hourly rate for paralegal work is $75.00 an hour. 4. The following paralegal work has been performed in this case:
