Pockrass of Ice Miller LLP and hereby requests leave to withdraw his appearance on behalf of Defendant Heartland Home Finance, Inc. for the reason that he is resigning his employment with Ice Miller LLP. The interests of Defendant will be adequately represented by lead counsel, David J. Carr of Ice Miller LLP, and by co-counsel in this case. Defendant Heartland Home Finance has been given prior notice of Mr. Pockrass' request to withdraw in accordance with Local Rule 83.3(D). Mr. Pockrass has complied with Local Rule 7.1 by conferring via e-mail with Plaintiff's counsel on May 24, 2006, regarding his intent to move for leave to withdraw, and Plaintiff's counsel does not object to this Motion.
