This is a collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The Court hereby finds that the parties have complied with the Court's May 17, 2006, Order Approving Settlement Procedure (#399), by providing notice to all Plaintiffs and an opportunity to object to the proposed settlement as a whole, and to the individual allocations provided by the settlement agreement. The Court finds that the time period for such objections has passed, and that no one has objected to the settlement as a whole, or to the individual allocations provided by the settlement agreement. Having considered the above, IT IS ORDERED that: The Court approves the settlement between Camille Melonakis-Kurz, individually and on behalf of other similarly situated employees, and other individuals who have consented to join this action, and the Defendant, Heartland Home Finance, Inc.
