ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On May 18, 2006, the Court issued an Order (#399) approving the parties' proposed settlement procedure. It required the parties to: (1) notify the Court after the requisite time for objections to the settlement had passed; and (2) file a motion for an order approving the settlement, accompanied by a proposed order. The Court has received no notification or motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that on or before August 4, 2006, the parties shall show cause why they have not notified the Court in accordance with the May 18, 2006 Order. If nothing is filed in response to this Order, the Court will presume that the parties no longer need the assistance of the Court and this case may be closed.
