Defendants. ___________________________________________________________________________ COURTROOM MINUTES ___________________________________________________________________________ Conference Regarding Consent Decree 11:14 a.m. Court in session.

Counsel answers questions asked by the Court. Mr. Bentley states the school changed its policy from two to one type group, all student groups have the same privileges and benefits, defendant' position is that Palmer High School is not a s separate legal entity and the previous school board as constituted wanted to resolve this issue. Counsel agree their understanding is that School District 11 believes itself to be bound for the full term of this agreement regardless of any change in the constitution of the school board. Court instructs counsel to make binding term explicit in the consent decree. Counsel further agree that Court' role in reservation of jurisdiction is enforcement of the basic s agreement.
