CENTRAL ALARM SYSTEMS, d/b/a 123CCTV, a Colorado corporation; STEVEN COCHRAN, COP USA, INC., a California corporation; and COP USA, INC., a Florida Corporation, Defendants. _____________________________________________________________________________ SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT AS TO DEFENDANTS COPUSACAL AND COPUSAFLA _____________________________________________________________________________ Plaintiff, Geovision, Inc. ("Geovision"), by and through counsel, Arckey & Reha, LLC, hereby submits the following Satisfaction of Judgment as to Defendants, COP USA, Inc., a California corporation ("COPUSACAL") and COP USA, Inc., a Florida corporation ("COPUSAFLA"), as follows: 1. Default Judgment was entered in this matter on behalf of Geovision against COPUSACAL and COPUSAFLA on April 30, 2004. Such Default Judgment was entered jointly and severally against COPUSACAL and COPUSAFLA. 2. By way of a Stipulation filed in this matter, as well as the Order entered thereon on April 4, 2005, Geovision agreed to enter a Satisfaction of Judgment in this matter as to COPUSACAL and COPUSAFLA upon receipt of payment by COPUSACAL as follows: a. $65,000 on or before December 31, 2005; or b. $72,000 on or before December 31, 2006. 3. COPUSACAL has delivered the amount of $65,000 to Geovision's counsel's trust account.

4. Accordingly, pursuant to such Order of April 4, 2005, Geovision hereby states that the Default Judgment entered in its favor as against COPUSACAL and COPUSAFLA is now fully and completely satisfied.
