The three alternate jurors are retained, but shall not be sequestered with the regular jurors; however they shall continue to be subject to the rules, admonitions, and prohibitions that now govern their conduct, communication, as jurors in this case; provided furthermore, the first alternate juror, shall be required to remain within 30 minutes of the courthouse. 12;20 p.m. 12:28 p.m The case is submitted to the jury.
