The Court enters Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and orders as to the Defendants post trial motions. It was ORDERED: 1. That each Defendants' post-evidentiary Rule 29 (a) motions for judgment

of acquittal are denied. The Court and counsel discuss the purposed jury instructions. 3:30 p.m. 3:45 p.m. Court in recess. Court in session.

Discussion as to purposed jury instructions resumes. Defendant Michael Smith submits Smith' Instruction No. 1. s Objections by the Government. Objections by the Defendant Norman Schmidt. Reply by Mr. O' Donnell for Defendant Michael Smith. Smith' tendered Instruction No. 1 is taken under advisement. s Closing arguments are limited to three hours for the government, and one hour for each defendant.
