TODD VERNON SUTTON, Defendant. _____________________________________________________________________________ MOTION FOR CHANGE OF DATE FOR REVOCATION HEARING ____________________________________________________________________________ _ This Court recently granted an unopposed motion to continue this matter and rescheduled the revocation hearing to July 27, 2007. The Probation Officer, Ms. Marcee Fox, after being informed of the new date, advised that she has a conflict. For this reason, the defendant asks that the Court re-set the continued hearing to a date and time convenient to its schedule, if possible during the week of August 6 or August 13, 2007, when Ms. Fox is available. Government counsel was not opposed to the original continuance, and it is suspected he would not object this requested date change. Nonetheless, this morning undersigned counsel and the Probation Officer left a joint voice mail message inquiring about his position. As of the date of filing, no response had been received.
