The Court inquires whether there are any disputes as to the calculation under the federal sentencing guideline as to the advisory consequences for violation of supervised release. Allocution. Defendant moves to continue sentencing. ORDER: ORDER: Motion for Voluntary Surrender or Continuance of Sentencing (Doc. #10) is granted. The Court sets this matter over to Monday, July 17, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. in courtroom A901, 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. During the time period until the continued hearing, the Court would like to be advised of the availability of beds at halfway houses in Denver, the availability of treatment programs in Denver, and the availability of GPS monitoring on home detention in Denver.
