Defendant present on supervised release. Discussion regarding Mr. Sutton' medical status. s Discussion regarding Mr. Sutton' drug testing and employment status. s Argument on penalty to be imposed. Allocution. ORDER: The Court continues the supervised release term and changes the conditions. Mr. Sutton will continue for the duration of supervised release with the current conditions that mandate participation in a drug rehabilitation program for which he bears the expense; that mandate his employment and mandates supervision by the probation department. All of the current conditions will remain in effect and that includes the most recent one which is that he not use any alcohol. In addition, the Court directs that the defendant reside in a community corrections center for 180 days.

The defendant objects to the Court' ruling. s ORDER: The Court declines to modify its ruling.
