GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE TO DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR CHANGE OF DATE FOR REVOCATION HEARING (Document Number 29)

The United States of America, by and through its undersigned Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, hereby responds to the above motion, showing to the Court as follows: 1. The Government does not oppose the relief requested in this motion, but

would note that the undersigned is set for a trial that commences on Monday, August 13, 2007, in the matter of United States v. Michael Kebles, Case Number: 03-cr-00249WYD. Further, numerous out-of-state Government witnesses will be flying into Denver for final pre-trial preparation during the week of August 6, 2007. 2. It is estimated that the trial of the referenced matter will take

approximately 4 days, with jury deliberation to follow. Therefore, the Government would respectfully request that the hearing in this matter be set on or after Monday, August 20, 2007, at the convenience of the Court.
