Plaintiffs and Defendant' Joint Motion for Extensions of Expert Discovery Deadlines is s GRANTED for the reasons stated in that motion. The parties shall have up to and including Friday, October 6, 2006, in which to serve their initial expert disclosures pursuant to Rule 26(a)(2). The parties also shall have up to and including November 6, 2006, in which to serve their rebuttal expert reports, and up to and including November 28, 2006, in which to complete depositions of expert witnesses.
