Defendant Quovadx, Inc.' Unopposed Motion for Extensions of Times to File Summary s Judgment Briefs and to Serve Responses to Written Discovery is GRANTED for the reasons stated in that motion. Quovadx shall have up to and including Monday, July 24, 2006, in which to file its response to Lead Plaintiffs'Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Lead Plaintiffs shall have up to and including Friday, August 18, 2006, in which to file their reply in support of their Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.
