Plaintiff PolyRock Technologies, LLC moves for a ten-day extension of time, to and including January 4, 2006, in which to respond to the first combined discovery requests of defendant Charles Demarest. PolyRock and Demarest have recently been engaged in settlement discussions. Counsel for these two parties believe that the discussions may prove productive. The requested ten-day extension should be sufficient for the parties to determine whether settlement is likely in the near future and, if not, for PolyRock to complete its responses
