As grounds therefor the parties state as follows: CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE WITH D.COLO.L.R. 7.1A The Parties have agreed to all matters in this Stipulated Motion to Amend Scheduling Order. 1. Trial is set for August 14, 2006. The proposed changes to the Scheduling Order

would not change that date. A settlement conference is set for January 13, 2006. 2. The parties jointly request that the Court make the following changes to the

Scheduling Order: a. Extend the date for designation of expert witnesses with respect to issues

on which a party has the burden of proof from December 9, 2005 to February 17, 2006.

Extend the date for designating experts on issues for which a party does

not have the burden of proof or is responding to the initial opinion disclosure from January 25, 2006 to March 17, 2006. c. Extend the date for designating rebuttal expert opinions to the disclosures

proposed for March 17, 2006 from February 25, 2006 to April 7, 2006. d. e. May 15, 2006. f. Extend the deadline for serving interrogatories and requests for production Extend the discovery cutoff from March 15, 2006 to April 28, 2006.
