Defendants file this Motion in order to clarify the relief requested in their

Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Amend Answer to Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint (the "Motion"), filed yesterday, November 15, 2005. 2. Defendants inadvertently filed the Motion with an inaccurate title, which

indicated that the relief requested was only for the Defendants. However, the relief requested applies to all remaining parties to this action. 3. This Court granted Defendants Motion on November 16, 2005, and ordered that

Defendants have until November 23, 2005 in which to amend their answer and join additional parties (Document No. 106). WHEREFORE, Defendants respectfully request that this Order be amended to reflect that all remaining parties to this action have until November 23, 2005 in which to amend pleadings and join additional parties.
