Plaintiff PolyRock Technologies, LLC seeks a one-week extension, to January 3, 2006, in which to respond to the motion of defendants General Steel, Genstone and Jeff Knight to amend their Answer and assert counterclaims. As grounds for this motion, plaintiff states: 1. RULE 7.1A CERTIFICATION: Pursuant to D.Colo.LCivR. 7.1A, undersigned counsel for PolyRock conferred with counsel for General Steel, Genstone and Jeff Knight concerning this motion and is authorized to represent that these defendants do not oppose the relief requested herein. 2. On December 1, 2005, defendants General Steel, Genstone and Knight moved to amend their Answer and assert counterclaims. (Dkt. # 114.) 3.
