Plaintiff PolyRock Technologies, LLC moves for a two-day extension of time, to and including January 6, 2006, in which to respond to the first combined discovery requests of defendant Charles Demarest. As grounds for this motion, PolyRock states: 1. P l oks epneot sb cdiscovery requests is currently due on January 4, o R c'r os t h uj t y s e e 2006. 2. A s t i P l okspi m t for extension, PolyRock and Demarest have s te n o R c' r r o ad y o ion recently been engaged in settlement discussions. (Dkt # 122 ΒΆ 2.) The parties have exchanged settlement documentation and it appears that the negotiations are nearing successful completion. PolyRock desires to continue to focus on the negotiations and, in the event that they conclude successfully, avoid t aonysf st twl b i ur i r pni t t sb c h t re' e h e t e a i e n r d n e od g o h uj t l c e s n e e discovery.
