HEREBY ORDERS as follows: A. That the current deadlines for Plaintiff and Defendants to disclose experts

(September 15, 2005, October 15, 2005, and November 15, 2005, respectively), are amended to: October 15, 2005: Principal expert witness disclosure for any party offering expert witness testimony on an issue for which it bears the burden of proof. November 14, 2005: Defense expert witness disclosure by Defendants and Third Party Defendants on issues for which they do not bear the burden of proof. December 19, 2005: Rebuttal expert witness disclosures rebutting the Defense Experts. B. That all other case management, scheduling, disclosure and cut-off dates
