("Qwest") respectfully moves this Court to enter an order permitting Alfred P. Levitt to withdraw from the representation of Qwest in the above-captioned matter.1 Good cause to grant the motion exists for the following reasons: 1. Alfred P. Levitt has terminated his affiliation with the firm of Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP, which represents Qwest in this matter. 2. Qwest has been provided the notice required under D.C.COLO.LCivR 83.3(D), and consents to the withdrawal.

No effort was made to meet and confer with counsel for the many other parties in this action because this matter is not the subject of a dispute. See D.C.COLO.LCivR. 7.1 (applying to resolution of "disputed matter[s]").
