THIS MATTER having come before the Court on Plaintiff William R. Cadorna ` s ( lni ) " a t "Motion for Continuance of Trial and Re-opening of Discovery, and the Court P if f being duly advised in the premises thereof, THE COURT ORDERS, good cause having been shown, that trial of this action be continued from June 19, 2006 to not earlier than January 22, 2007, and that the deadline for completion of discovery be extended to 90 days prior to the commencement of trial. THE COURT FURTHER ORDERS that all subpoenas heretofore issued for appearance in the trial of this action also be continued in full force and effect, without the need for service of replacement subpoenas.
