COOPER WARD, Defendants. ____________________________________________________________________________ MOTION FOR PERMISSION TO WITHDRAW ____________________________________________________________________________ The law firm of ZODROW et al. P.C., and counsel of record for Plaintiff Mintech Staffing, L.L.C., move this Court for an Order granting the withdrawal of counsel pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 83.3.D. as follows: 1. Undersigned counsel desires to withdraw due to significant and irreconcilable differences on how this legal matter should proceed and our client's inability to meet the financial requirements of this litigation. 2. Undersigned counsel mailed a copy of the attached Notification of Intent to Withdraw filed herewith to Defendant at their last known address by mail and by fax. 3. The Motion to Withdraw, written Notification of Withdrawal and proposed Order have been served upon the client as indicated in the Certificates of Mailing attached to said pleadings. The client and opposing parties are notified that they have fifteen (15) days in which to file objections to the Withdrawal and that this Court may, upon the expiration of fifteen (15) days, grant the attorney's Motion to Withdraw with no further notice to the client and the opposing attorneys.

4. The client and the opposing party are further notified that, upon issuance of an Order permitting withdrawal, the client shall be notified by the withdrawing attorney of the effective date of the withdrawal and all pleadings, notices or other papers may be served on the party directly until new counsel enters an appearance.
