Dress will be informal, and IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following parties will be required to attend: Attorneys for the Plaintiff, along with Kingsbury Pitcher and Davey Pitcher and their expert witness Tedd Beeler of Snow Engineers.. Attorneys for the Defendants, along with Red M cCombs, Bob Honts, and their expert Sam Brown Counsel for the Plaintiff shall confirm with the Court and Defendant by September 21, 2005 as to which expert will attend. Counsel for the Plaintiff shall submit its proposal to the Defendant by September 28 2005. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Settlement Conference set for September 22, 2005 and the Pretrial Conference set for October 14, 2005 and are hereby vacated.
