Kane ORDERS The deadline for the parties to file a Motion to Dismiss with the Court as part of the settlement reported in the Minute Entry for the May 8, 2008 Settlement Conference (Doc. 327) is hereby EXTENDED until May 30, 2008. In light of this extended deadline and the parties' reported efforts to finalize the settlement, the Final Trial Preparation and Jury Instruction Conference set for May 29, 2008 is VACATED. If the parties are unable to complete their settlement, this conference will be promptly reset so that trial may commence as scheduled on July 7, 2008.
